Ex-Void, often stylised as Ex-Vöid, was a British indie rock band from London, established in 2018. Songwriters Lan McArdle and Owen Williams formed the band following their departure from Joanna Gruesome, later adding members Laurie Foster and George Rothman. Part of the Gob Nation music collective, the group released its self-titled debut EP on 11 May 2018 via Don Giovanni Records, preceded by the single "Boyfriend". That June, the band supported Waxahatchee on her tour of the UK. Their debut studio album, Bigger Than Before, was released on 25 March 2022 and featured the single "Churchyard". In September 2024, the group issued the single "Swansea" before releasing its second album, In Love Again, in January 2025 via Tapete Records. On 6 October 2025, the band announced its dissolution, performing a final concert on 25 October 2025 at The Dome in Tufnell Park.
