The Creepshow is a Canadian rock band from Burlington, Ontario, formed in 2005 with the intention of starting a psychobilly group. The band's initial breakthrough came when Adam Sewell, founder of Stereo Dynamite, signed them after hearing their demo, resulting in the release of their debut album, Sell Your Soul, in May 2006. Following the pregnancy of original vocalist Jen "Hellcat" Blackwood, her younger sister Sarah "Sin" Blackwood took over lead vocal duties. The band released its second album, Run for Your Life, on October 27, 2008, which was re-released in the United States by Hellcat Records in October 2009. After Sarah Blackwood's departure in July 2012 to permanently join Walk off the Earth, Kenda "Twisted" Legaspi joined as the lead vocalist. The band's subsequent albums include They All Fall Down (2010), Life After Death (2013), and Death at My Door (2017). They also released the single “Sinners & Saints” on July 16, 2013. The group's repertoire features songs inspired by horror films, and they gained a reputation for energetic live performances. They completed tours across North America, Europe, and Australia, performing at events such as the Warped Tour in 2008 and the Soundwave Festival in 2010.
