Xandee

Xandee is a Belgian pop and R&B singer born in 1978 in Tienen. Born Sandy Boets, she began her professional musical career in 1994. At age 16, she co-founded the pop duo Touch of Joy with Serge Quisquater. The ensemble performed in the local club scene and released several recordings. In 2004, Xandee achieved national prominence when she represented Belgium at the Eurovision Song Contest in Istanbul. She performed the dance track “1 Life”, which placed 22nd in the competition and earned seven points. Following her Eurovision appearance, she released the solo single “Life”. Xandee has continued to perform and collaborate on various electronic music projects within Belgium.
