Knut Kenneth Gustafsson, born on 11 August 1948, was a Swedish singer born in Nacka and raised in the Grimsta district. He first appeared on the Swedish music scene in 1979 with the album Kenta, followed by Kan det va' fel på systemet? in 1980 and August & Kenta in 1981. In 1980, he entered Melodifestivalen with "Utan att fråga", finishing sixth, and his most enduring hit was "Just idag är jag stark", adopted by the football club Hammarby IF as their march-in song. Subsequent releases included the 2000 compilation Guldkorn and the 2003 compilation På nattlig vandring. Gustafsson died of cancer on 3 March 2003 and was buried in Solna cemetery.
