Brother and sister duo Esme Emerson kickstarted their music career at the beginning of 2020 after being scouted from Tik Tok. Since then the Essex based act haven’t looked back and have been perfecting their debut EP from their home studio. The duo’s passion for music really took off whilst attending ‘Punch Rock Schools’ as children in their local area, and it was here they started to hone their skills in songwriting, recording and performing.
They creatively thrive off one another bringing together their individual musical influences, incorporating elements from a range of genres from indie-folk to k-pop. ‘We love to experiment with gentle melodies, layered vocal harmonies and atmospheric instrumental textures. We try and bring all of our influences and interests together to create something that feels sincere to us in the moment.’
