Nicole Da Silva

Nicole da Silva is a German singer and actress born as Nicole Silva on 4 July 1982 in Queirela de Bodiosa, Viseu, Portugal. She was raised in Bad Arolsen, Germany. Her musical journey began in the ensemble Renacia before she signed with the label Sony Music/Berlin Records. Her recording career began with an unnamed debut single (1999). After signing a new contract following a meeting with the producer Lou Pearlman, she released the single "Enjoy Your Life" (2001) which reached number 62 on the German charts. Her discography includes the singles "First Kiss" (2002) which reached number 51 and "Shoeshine Boy" (2002) which reached number 78. She achieved professional recognition for the track "Say the Word" (2009) in collaboration with Richard Grey and Erick Morillo. Da Silva appeared in the television program Verbotene Liebe (2005) and performed as a mentor on the program Die Entertainer – Auf ins Rampenlicht! (2012). She hosted the television program R'n'B Club Show (2007) and performed as a guest on the program Das perfekte Promi-Dinner (2009).
