Shōhei Uno, known professionally as RoughSketch, is a Japanese J-core and mainstream hardcore producer and disc jockey. Born August 4, 1987 in Shibetsu, Japan, Uno began producing electronic music as a teenager, making a debut in 2004. The musician founded the independent record label Notebook Records in 2007, releasing the debut studio album Rave Is... (2007). Subsequent albums include Distorted Children (2011), Puppet Nightmare (2014), Alice In Voodooland (2016), Forgotten Gears (2017), Violence in the Hospital (2019), and Halloween is Chaos (2021). Under the Dutch label Megarave Records, the producer also released the EP Samurai Terrorist (2010). Uno's music featured in several arcade video games, including Sound Voltex, Reflec Beat Groovin'!!, and Beatmania IIDX 22: Pendual.
