Cyborg Attack, an electronic music group from Chemnitz and Leipzig, Germany, was formed in 1995 by keyboardist Tino Weidauer and vocalist Raik Wild. Inspired by bands like Front 242 and Cat Rapes Dog, the duo developed a distinctive sound characterized by German lyrics, aggressive vocals, and societal themes. Their EP, Toxic, was released in 1998. Wild left the band in December 1999, replaced by Sandro Franz alias Punisher. Following a performance for over 3,000 people at the Wave Gotik Treffen festival, Cyborg Attack signed with BlackRain's Sublabel NoiTekk in 2000 and released their first album, Blutgeld, in 2001, followed by Stoerf*tor in 2006 under BlackRain. The group's music is known for its repetitive basslines and samples, addressing themes of war, dystopian visions, and social critique.
