Noël Wessels, known professionally as DJ Hidden, born May 19, 1975, in Goes, Netherlands, is a Dutch electronic music producer and DJ. The artist began performing as a drum and bass and hardcore DJ and producer in 1991, with a professional music career starting in 1996 with the release of the EP The Outside Agency EP on Mokum Records. Wessels' first drum and bass track was released on Kultbox Records in 1998. DJ Hidden released music on labels including PRSPCT Recordings, Killing Sheep Records, and Ad Noiseam. Wessels produced three conceptual albums under the DJ Hidden moniker: The Later After (2007), The Words Below (2009), and Enclosed (2013). The producer also collaborated with Eye-D on the album Peer to Peer Pressure (2011) and released modern classical and intelligent dance music under the moniker Semiomime. Additionally, the artist formed the hardcore duo The Outside Agency with Eye-D, releasing their first EP in 2001. Subsequent solo albums include Isoclusion (2021) and The Reimagineers (2022).
