A.C.T is a Swedish rock ensemble from Malmö established in 1995. The group consists of the musicians Ola Andersson Peter Asp Thomas Lejon Jerry Sahlin and Herman Saming. They achieved professional recognition for a musical style characterized as progressive rock. The ensemble was originally known as Fairyland. They achieved professional recognition for reaching the final of a national music competition in 1996. Their recording career began with the studio recording Today's Report (1999) and performing on a Scandinavian tour with the ensemble Saga. The ensemble achieved professional recognition for the studio recording Imaginary Friends (2001) and performing on a European tour with the musician Fish. Their discography included the studio recording Last Epic (2003) and performing on a European tour with the musician Ray Wilson. The ensemble achieved professional recognition for signing with the label InsideOut in 2006 and the studio recording Silence (2006). Their recording career included the studio recording Circus Pandemonium (2014) and the live recording Trifles and Pandemonium (2016). A.C.T achieved professional recognition for the extended play Rebirth (2019) and the extended play Heatwave (2021). Their discography included the studio recording Falling (2023) and the studio recording Eternal Winter (2025).
