Tove Jaarnek, born on June 13, 1965, in Östersund, Sweden, is a Swedish singer who began her musical journey at the age of five. She received her training at the Stage School in Gothenburg and participated in the musical Just Married at Lisseberg. In 1991, Jaarnek gained significant attention when her single "Ett Liv Med Dej" reached second place in the Melodifestivalen competition. Her debut album Towe was released in 1992, featuring notable songs such as "Barcelona" and "More Than A Game", which served as the official song for the European Football Championships held in Sweden that year. Jaarnek collaborated with artists like Tommy Nilsson and Louise Hoffsten and toured extensively during this period. In 2002, she returned to Melodifestivalen with the single "Back Again" but did not advance to the final rounds. Her second album Sound Of Romance was released in 2008.
