Bromheads Jacket is an English garage rock and post-punk band formed in Sheffield, England, in 2005 following the split of the band Fixated. The original three-piece lineup consisted of Tim Hampton, Jono West, and Joe Green. The band released the singles "Woolley Bridge" (2006) and "What Ifs and Maybes" (2006) on the Marquis Chacha label. The debut album, Dits from the Commuter Belt, was released on November 13, 2006, followed by On The Brain on September 22, 2008. Both albums were supported by tours of the United Kingdom and Europe. After West left, the remaining members dropped the word "Jacket" from the band name and continued as a duo of Hampton and Dan Potter, issuing free monthly singles from 2009 to 2010, ending with "Chocolate Factory" in November 2010. They released the albums The Lamp Sessions (2010) and Choro (2013) under the name Bromheads. The band returned to the name Bromheads Jacket and released the EP Lost Fables (2024).
