Funktasztikus

Funktasztikus is a Hungarian rapper and songwriter born in 1979 in Mezőkövesd. Born Adorján Csató, he began his musical career in 1992 and performed as a member of the group Kamikaze between 2003 and 2008. His rapping style is characterized by its fast pace and has been compared to the work of Twista and Busta Rhymes. In 2009, he achieved recognition with the solo studio album Jelentések Fanyarországról, which received the Album of the Year and Solo Artist of the Year awards from the publication hiphop.hu. His recording history included the studio albums Csak Szavak (1997), A Táncparkett Varázsa (1998), Táncdalok, Sanzonok, Melodrámák (2011), Tartsd Lent! (2015) and Rezonancia (2019). In 2024, he issued the studio recording Komfortzóna.
