Argentine pianist Aquiles Delle Vigne was born in 1946 in Rosario. He won the Grand Prix at the "Alberto Williams" Competition and completed his studies with Eduardo del Pueyo in Brussels. Delle Vigne performed solo recitals worldwide, including venues like Salle Gaveau in Paris and Pablo Casals Hall in Tokyo. He collaborated with conductors such as Yehudi Menuhin and Alberto Lysy, performing with orchestras including the National Orchestras of Argentina and Belgium. Delle Vigne recorded for labels like His Master's Voice and Naxos, releasing integrals of Beethoven’s 32 Piano Sonatas and Liszt’s Etudes. He taught at institutions such as Codarts in Rotterdam. Delle Vigne passed away in 2022.
