Necrodeath, an Italian thrash/black metal band formed in 1984, initially released demo recordings under the names Ghostrider and Necrodeath. Their debut album Into The Macabre was released in 1987, followed by Fragments Of Insanity in 1989. After disbanding due to internal issues, founding members Claudio and Peso reunited in 1998, signing with Scarlet Records and re-releasing Into The Macabre. They continued with albums such as Mater Of All Evil (1999), Black As Pitch (2001), and Ton(e)s Of Hate (2003). Notable collaborations include a tour with Marduk in 2006. The band's discography includes concept albums like Draculea (2007) and Phylogenesis (2009), as well as compilations such as The Age Of Fear (2011).
