Daniel Ohler, known professionally as Danny Fresh, and born on September 6, 1978, in Ostfildern-Ruit, Germany, is a rapper. He began his musical journey at 13 after watching Beat Street and hearing "Got to Get" by Leila K. He initially performed under the name D-Boy with the hip-hop crew W4C. He collaborated extensively, featuring on the Allstar project Zeichen der Zeit and Xavier Naidoo's Telegramm für X (2005). His solo career started with the release of his debut album Veni in 2006, followed by Vidi (2007) and Vici (2009). His song "Was kann dieser Tag ändern" became the anthem for the Winnenden School Shooting Action Alliance, following the 2009 school shooting in Winnenden. Danny Fresh contributed to music education as a guest lecturer at the Pop Academy Baden-Württemberg and earned a Master of Arts degree from the same institution.
