Los Bravos de Chile is a Chilean cumbia-ranchera outfit led by Alexander Vera (lead vocals) and Sebastián Valdebenito (musical director/arranger, guitar), whose “nueva ranchera flamenca” blends flamenco-tinged guitars and modern synths with classic ranchera pulse. After building traction live, the group organized its early catalog with the album Punto de Partida in 2022, then shifted to a singles strategy in 2024: first came the mid-year release “Dile al Amor,” followed by the late-2024 fan favorite “Mi Loco Amor de Verano,” whose official video amplified their footprint. In 2025 they broke nationally with the March 21 single “Quiero Volver a Ser Romeo,” quickly doubled down with “La Magia,” and rounded out the run with “Si Te Vuelvo a Llamar.” Parallel to these drops, the band issued performance and tribute content, including the collaboration “Perdona Que No Sea el Momento” with the late Claudio Valdés (“El Gitano”), underscoring their ties to Chile’s romantic-tropical lineage.
