Container 90, an EBM project from Kungsör, Sweden, was formed in January 2004 by Jonas Rundberg and Ronny Larsson. The duo initially aimed to create Electronic Body Music (EBM) inspired by bands like Front 242 and Nitzer Ebb. They released the EP Epigone Idols in 2004, followed by another EP, Der Container Klang, in 2005. The band's debut album, Scandinavian Masters, was released in 2006 under Sham Recordings and their own production label. In 2008, they signed with Out of Line/SPV for the release of World ChampionShit. This album received mixed reviews, with some critics praising it as a standout EBM record while others found it lacking in innovation. Container 90 continued to release albums, including Working Class League in 2013 and Roller Derby Girls in 2015.
