The Outside Agency are a Dutch hardcore techno duo from Goes formed in 1991. The ensemble consists of DJ and producers Noël Wessels and Frank Nitzinsky, also known as DJ Hidden and Eye-D. They initially performed under the name X-Factor before signing with Mokum Records and adopting their current name. They achieved professional recognition in 1996 after signing their first record deal with Coolman Records. In 2003, they established the label Genosha Recordings, which became influential in the industrial hardcore scene. They are pioneers of the crossbreed genre, a hybrid of hardcore and drum and bass. Their discography includes the studio albums Scenocide 101 (2005), Scenocide 202 (2010), and The Dogs Are Listening (2012). The duo has performed at events including Thunderdome and Defqon.1.
