Merge is an Alternative Rock band from Paris (FR) & London (UK).
As haunting as it is inventive, Merge is a Rock/Pop/Alternative band from London (UK) / Paris (FR) that wipes out all forms of musical borders and refuses categorization: with a surname synonymous with fusion, the boys excel in combining pop, electro, post-hardcore and alternative rock, each of these influences perfectly dosed in accordance to each track’s mood.
Comparisons with Linkin Park, Muse or Thirty Seconds to Mars are of course inevitable once again when it comes to evoking the emotional strength and the accuracy of polished songwriting. Delivering dynamic songs with pop elements with a propensity to get the crowd going, Merge has a colossal potential that will get even bigger. With such head-on choruses as “Skins”, “Monsters” or “The Getaway”, you might want to press replay again and again. You have been warned.
Live Nation 2018.
