Future Generations is an American electro indie-pop band from Brooklyn. The group was established in 2011 by Eddie Gore, Eric Grossman, and Mike Sansevere, who met during their freshman year at Fordham University. They originally performed under the name The Suits before adopting their current moniker. Their recording career began after the label Frenchkiss Records discovered their songs online and released the extended play Polysun (2014). The ensemble consists of the founding members along with bassist Devon Sheridan and musician Dylan Wells, who joined in 2016. They released their eponymous debut studio recording Future Generations (2016). The work featured the singles "Stars" (2016) and "Coast" (2016). The ensemble released the studio recording Landscape (2018), which was recorded with the producer Justin Gerrish and addressed themes of love, loss, and perseverance.
