Jameson Raid is a British heavy metal band from Birmingham formed in 1975. Originally named Notre Dame, the group was founded by bassist John Ace and guitarist Ian Smith. Their debut recording, the EP Seven Days of Splendour (1979), was followed by the EP End of Part One (1980). The band performed with artists including Def Leppard and Iron Maiden. After a period of inactivity between 1983 and 2009, the group returned with the compilation Just as the Dust Had Settled (2010). Their discography includes the live album Live at the O2 Academy (2011) and the debut studio album Uninvited Guests (2015). The current lineup features vocalist Terry Dark, Peter Green, Lars Wickett, and Dave Rothan.
