Their album Fimbulwinter reached number 14 on the Finnish Album Charts in November 2014. In 2023, they achieved further success with the album Aamongandr, which peaked at number 4. The band has collaborated with various artists and labels throughout their career, including Northern Heritage and No Colours Records. Satanic Warmaster's music often explores themes of nature, folklore, satanism, occultism, and war, reflecting the band's pan-European, traditional satanic beliefs as described by Werewolf.
