Massmedia

Massmedia was a Swedish punk rock group from Sundsvall. The band's early activities included recording their debut EP during Christmas of that year at Torkhold, a bomb shelter also used for local punk concerts. In February 1979, Massmedia released the single "Das Jazz/Jag vill inget" on their own label, Massproduktion, with a limited print run of 492 copies. This release is now considered a collector's item. Later that year, they released the EP Massmedia? In 1980, they released Sista ackordet and Ingen hets. Their music also appeared on the compilation Sundsvallspunk Vol. 1 (1979).
