Elisabeth is a French vocalist and songwriter based in Paris. Her father, a pianist and composer, decided she would be a musician too. She started singing at an early age and often performs on stage as a soloist or a chorister. After a decade of singing pop and soul music, she discovers jazz and the freedom to improvise.
Like her idols, Youn Sun Nah or Kurt Elling, Elisabeth wants to create her "own jazz": a subtle fusion of her colorful music influences arranged according to jazz codes.
Her first album, "Back to Life," is her "return to life" after this period of pandemic. Through a repertoire of original compositions, Elisabeth tells us with vibrant emotion her experience during these last two years spent out of time and which have deeply changed her life.
