Charles Clinton Adcock, known professionally as C.C. Adcock, is an American musician and producer born in the United States in 1971. Adcock was signed to Island Records in 1993 and released their debut self-titled album, C.C. Adcock (1994). Their discography includes the album Lafayette Marquis (2004) and the recordings The Promised Land (2010) and Plays Fats (2012) with the group Lil' Band O' Gold. Adcock produced recordings for artists including Robert Plant, Florence + The Machine, Nick Cave, and Neko Case. They composed music for the film Killer Joe (2011) and the television series True Blood and Treme. Their work as a producer includes the albums Grand Isle (2011) and Is It News (2007).
