Molesta Ewenement was formed in 1995 in Warsaw, Poland, by rappers Piotr “Vienio” Więcławski and Paweł “Włodi” Włodkowski, later joined by Marek “Kaczy” Andrasik as Mistic Molesta. Their breakthrough came with the debut studio album Skandal (1998), supported by the singles “Armagedon” and “Wiedziałem, że tak będzie”, which reached numbers 13 and 29, respectively, on the Szczecińska Lista Przebojów, a listener-voted chart broadcast by Polish regional station Radio Szczecin. The duo continued with Ewenement (1999), featuring the radio hit “Miejskie bagno”, which reached number nine on the chart, while the album earned a Fryderyk nomination. After lineup changes, the group released Nigdy nie mów nigdy (2006) and Molesta i kumple (2008), both achieving Gold status and charting on OLiS. Live recordings were released as Live! in Fonobar (2009) and Live in Warsaw 2012 (2012). The group later entered a period of reduced activity while its members pursued other projects, before returning to regular performances. In 2026, Molesta Ewenement released the single “16 LITER”.
