Isabelle Poulenard, born on July 5, 1961, in Paris, France, is a French soprano. She began her musical education at the Maîtrise de Radio France and later studied at the École nationale d'art lyrique de l'Opéra de Paris. Poulenard's career took off when she worked under Jean-Claude Malgoire on several productions at the Atelier lyrique de Tourcoing. Throughout her career, she collaborated with notable conductors such as Charles Dutoit, William Christie, and Philippe Herreweghe, and performed at prestigious venues including the festivals of Avignon, Innsbruck, and Aix-en-Provence. Poulenard's discography includes significant works like Clérambault's Four Cantatas (1991). She was awarded for her recording of Montezuma, a pasticcio by Antonio Vivaldi, during the Victoires de la musique in 1993. Her recordings include Alessandro Scarlatti's Con Voce Festiva (2006) and Scarlatti and Durante's Umana E Inumana (2010).
