L'Armée des 12 was a French hip-hop collective active in the late 1990s and early 2000s, comprising TTC, La Caution, and Saphir le joaillier. The group formed when La Caution and TTC, both sharing DJ Cruz as their sound engineer, collaborated on various mixtapes such as L'Antre de la folie and Un jour peut-être. Their album, Cadavre Exquis, was released in 2002 under the label Kerozen Music. The album featured instrumentals by Nikkfurie, Tido Berman, Para One, and DJ Fab, and included notable tracks like "Ils m'observent" and "Gin et Jus", for which music videos were produced. After their debut album, the group disbanded, with members pursuing solo projects and other collaborations. In 2007, a street album titled The Exclusive Mixtape was released, featuring collaborations with various members of the collective.
