Zop Hopop

Zop Hopop is an imaginary orchestra founded in 1991 by Liégeois musician Sacha Toorop. Toorop previously drew a comic strip character named Zop Hopop and used that name for the group. Toorop formed the group to play music with others rather than performing alone. He played with a rotating lineup, performing with different musicians each season. Toorop, Benoit Poncint, and Jérôme Danthinne became the members of the group.
