John Jacob Jones, born December 12, 1957, is a British-Canadian musician, record producer, songwriter, and engineer. He began his career in the 1970s with recording sessions at Toronto Sound Studios under Terry Brown. In 1978, Jones joined CBS Canada's pop group Bond as a keyboardist, guitarist, and vocalist. He then partnered with Dee Long to design ESP Studios in Ontario, working on recordings for artists like Klaatu and Alice Cooper. Relocating to London in 1985, he worked at AIR Studios with acts such as Duran Duran and the Rolling Stones. In the 1990s, Jones co-produced Duran Duran's self-titled album and won Album of the Year at the 39th Annual Grammy Awards for his work on Celine Dion’s Falling Into You. He also released his solo album One Moment in Time in 1998.
