Škwor is a Czech rock and heavy metal band from Prague, formed in 1998 by Petr Hrdlička, Tomáš Kmec, František Vadlejch, and Leo Holan. They released their debut album Mayday under the name Skwar in 2000. In 2001, after a change in drummer to Herr Miler and a subsequent name change to ŠkWor, they released the album Vyhlašuju boj!. Their breakthrough came with the release of the album Vyvolenej in 2004, which sold over 10,000 copies and was certified gold. This success was followed by albums such as Amerika in 2005, Loutky in 2007, and Sliby & lži in 2013. They celebrated their 15th anniversary with a concert at Prague's Incheba arena in 2013, which was recorded for the live album 15 let – Praha Incheba arena (2014). They released subsequent albums including Hledání IDentity in 2015 and Sobě věrnej in 2023.
