Eliana Printes is a Brazilian singer and composer born in Manaus. She began playing the guitar and performing at age 12. She released her debut studio album Eliana Printes (1994), which earned a nomination for the Sharp Awards in the MPB Revelação category. After signing with the label Indie Records in 1996, she released her second eponymous studio recording Eliana Printes (1996). Her discography includes the studio albums O Próximo Beijo (1998), Pra Lua Tocar (2000), and Pra Você Me Ouvir (2003). Printes participated in the performance Brasilianische Nacht (2011) in Potsdam, Germany, accompanied by the Collegium Musicum Potsdam symphony orchestra. She also released the studio recording Cinema Guarany (2011).
