Kelli Evon Williams-Malcolm, known professionally as Kelli Williams, was born in June 1978 in Nashville, Tennessee, is an American gospel musician. She began her professional singing career at the age of ten and gained early recognition by winning Star Search in 1993. Her music recording career commenced with the release of her self-titled debut album in 2004, through Sony Music Entertainment. In 1998, she released her second album, I Get Lifted, which marked a significant breakthrough as it reached number 35 on the Billboard Gospel Albums chart. Her third album, In the Myx, was released in 2000, also through Word Records and Epic Records.
