Keaton Simons is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist born in 1978 in Los Angeles. He originally worked as a musical director and session musician for artists including Snoop Dogg, Snoop Dogg and Gnarls Barkley. Simons released his debut EP, Currently, in 2004 through Maverick Records. In 2008, he issued his debut studio album, Can You Hear Me, on CBS Records. Simons founded the independent label Best Revenge Records in 2012. His second studio album, Beautiful Pain, appeared in 2013 and was co-produced by Mikal Blue. He followed this with the recording Hell or Highwater in 2015. His music has appeared in television series including Sons of Anarchy, NCIS: Los Angeles and Suits. Simons has toured as an opening act for ensembles such as Coldplay, Train and REO Speedwagon. He also performs as the lead guitarist for the country artist Brett Young.
