Trond-Viggo Torgersen, born on June 14, 1952, in Oslo, Norway, is a Norwegian physician, broadcaster, television host, actor, comedian, singer, songwriter, and artist. He began his career in the mid-1970s with NRK, creating programs for children and youth, including Flode and Kroppen, and serving as the first host of Halvsju. His debut album, Kua med fletter og juret på tvers, was released in 1976, followed by Harunosågirebort (1977). He released the collaborative album Eyvind & Trond-Viggo (1979) with Eyvind Solås. Torgersen won Spellemannprisen in the Children's Music category alongside George Keller for the album Det by'ner nå! (1981). He also became known for his comedic roles on television and radio, portraying characters such as “Vaktmester'n” and “Fem på gaten”. In addition to his creative career, he studied medicine and served as Norway’s second Ombudsman for children from 1989 to 1995.
