Inntrance, a Spanish metalcore group, was formed in Madrid in 2006 by guitarist Kiko Hagall, formerly of Beethoven R, and bassist Dani Fernández, formerly of Dark Moor. The lineup later added guitarist Miguel Bárez and drummer Pepe Cobas, who was replaced by Nacho Arriaga in 2008. With this formation, the band released its debut EP Religion in 2007, selling 800 copies. In June 2008, they recorded their first album The Basis of Trancetherapy, released by label STF Records in 2009; the album spawned videos for "Secret Alibi" (2008) and "Bullets" (2009). A 2010 holiday video covered Wham!’s Merry Christmas. The group followed with a download album Impío in early 2011, featuring all tracks in Spanish except the bonus "The Way" in English, and became inactive in 2012.
