Ivory Night was a German power metal band from Kaiserslautern, active from 1996 to 2015. Formed in October 1997, the group included vocalist Patrick Fuchs as its sole constant founding member. After releasing early demos, the band issued its debut album, 7 - Dawn of the Night, in December 2004. In late 2005, the group performed as the backing band for Saint singer Josh Kramer during a tour of Germany. In March 2007, the band embarked on a tour of Peru and Ecuador. Their second studio album, Machine, was released on June 29, 2007, through Dr. Music Distribution, followed by the EP Go Braves on October 3, 2008. In May 2010, guitarist Benedikt Zimniak joined the lineup, allowing Fuchs to focus solely on vocals. Member Carsten Kettering left the group in November 2010, two weeks before the release of the third album, The Healing (2010). The band disbanded in 2015.
