Easy Action is a Swedish hard rock ensemble formed in Stockholm in 1981 by Pelle Almgren, Henrik Jermsten, Bosse Belsen, and Björne Fröberg. The initial lineup released the recordings “Honcho Bongo” and “Om jag vore kung” before disbanding. In 1982, Kee Marcello and Peo Thyrén reformed the group as a glam metal band. The ensemble signed a worldwide contract with Sire Records in 1983 and released the studio album Easy Action. The recording “We Go Rocking” was the subject of a lawsuit against the group Poison. In 1986, the group released That Makes One, featuring vocalist Tommy Nilsson. Marcello departed to join the ensemble Europe. The band became inactive in 1988 but performed at the Sweden Rock Festival in 2006 and 2019. Bassist Micael Grimm died in 2011.
