Samuel Harfst, born April 1, 1986, in Hüttenberg, Germany, is a singer and record producer. He started his musical career with the Wetzlar Children's Choir and performed as a street musician across Europe, releasing four independent albums. In 2009, Harfst's song "Alles Gute zum Alltag" was selected among the top ten German newcomer bands by MTV Unplugged. He supported Marit Larsen and Whitney Houston on their tours in Germany in 2009 and 2010, respectively. In May 2010, he set a Guinness World Record for the "longest street concert." His album Schritt Zurück was released in 2012. Harfst has also collaborated with Samuel Koch on tours since 2013 and founded the label RaketenRecords with David Harfst.
