Vienna Ditto, a UK musical group from England, was formed in 2008 by Nigel Firth, Scott Lawrence and Hatty Taylor. The band gained exposure through appearances on BBC Radio One, Channel 4, and performing at Glastonbury in 2009. In November 2009, the group performed at BBC's Maida Vale studios as part of the "Introducing..." format. Vienna Ditto released their first EP, The Vienna Ditto EP, in 2011, followed by another EP, Ugly, later in 2013. Their music was described as 'voodoo sci-fi blues' and they allowed many of their tracks to be used freely for video projects. One of their songs, "La Niña Blanca", gained significant attention after being featured in a popular YouTube parody video in May 2016, leading to a surge in views. The band released several EPs and studio albums including Circle (2015) and Flat Earth (2018).
