Toranja

Toranja was a Portuguese musical group formed by Tiago Bettencourt on vocals and guitar, Ricardo Frutoso on guitar, Dodi on bass, and Rato on drums. The band's name translates to "grapefruit" in English. At the start of her career, Cuca Roseta was a singer in Toranja, invited by her childhood friend Tiago Bettencourt. Their debut album Esquissos was released in 2003, followed by their second and final album Segundo in 2005. The band paused activities in 2006 for an undetermined period.
