Jesper Dahlbäck is a Swedish techno disc jockey and producer born as Jesper Erik Mathias Dahlbäck on October 14, 1974, in Sköldinge församling. He achieved professional recognition for a musical career characterized by techno and house music and for producing under pseudonyms including Lenk, The Persuader, and ADJD. Dahlbäck achieved professional recognition for a career that began at age 17 producing technotracks inspired by Detroit techno. He achieved professional recognition for co-founding Globe Studios in 1993 with the musician Adam Beyer and the musician Peter Benisch. Dahlbäck achieved professional recognition for co-founding the label Svek in 1997, which received nominations for the Grammis award in 1998 and 2001. His recording career included the single "Midnight Express" (1997) and the single "The Persuader" (1997) released on the label Svek. Dahlbäck achieved professional recognition for collaborating with the musician Tiga to produce the song "Pleasure from the Bass" (2004). He achieved professional recognition for receiving the P3 Guld award for dance of the year in 2004. His discography included the studio recording ADJDs's Chronicle of the Urban Dwellers (2007).
