Danielle Spencer, born on May 16, 1969 in Sydney, Australia, is an actress and singer-songwriter. She began her career as a child actor and musician, taking piano lessons at age four and composing her own tunes during her teens. In 2002, Danielle Spencer released her debut album White Monkey. After a hiatus, she returned with the album Calling All Magicians in February 2010, which included the single "Disco Problems". She also participated in season 12 of Dancing with the Stars in March 2012, placing second. Spencer has been a supporter of various charities, including the Australian Children's Music Foundation and women's cancer programs. In November 2024, Spencer returned with her first original song in 14 years, "Regenerate". She followed it with her first album in 16 years, Regenerate, released in March 2026.
