Her Name is Calla was an English post-rock band formed in 2004. They released their debut single "Hideous Box" in 2006, followed by The Heritage album in 2008. The band toured extensively throughout the United Kingdom and signed with Denovali Records in February 2009. Their second album, The Quiet Lamb, was released in 2010 and received critical acclaim, notably an NME score of 8/10. In 2014, they released their third studio album, Navigator. Her Name is Calla announced their breakup in January 2019, with a final show on May 4th in London and the release of their album [Animal Choir] (2019). They reunited for a one-off performance at ArcTanGent Festival in August 2022.
