Filip.ak (Filip David) is an independent Romanian-German Hip-Hop/Trap artist born in Romania and based in Germany. He started making music in January 2025, following a strong personal shift that pushed him to take a new direction and express himself through music.
His sound is dark, energetic and aggressive, with a mysterious atmosphere running through it. He creates from what he genuinely feels, without trying to follow someone else’s path or build an image that does not feel real.
Growing up with both Romania and Germany as part of his life has shaped his perspective and creative identity. Language is also part of that world, with Filip.ak moving naturally between German and Romanian as his sound continues to develop.
The identity around Filip.ak goes beyond the music and it can be felt in the visuals, style and overall atmosphere surrounding the artist. Filip.ak is not a character, but a direct extension of who Filip David is.
Independent from the beginning, he is focused on evolving, building his own path and creating something people can recognize as distinctly his.
