Solange La Frange, a Swiss electronic music and electro-rock band, was formed in Vevey, Switzerland, in 2002 by Julie Hugo and Tristan Basso. Initially known as Foxy Boop and the Man with a Sweet Case, they changed their name to Solange La Frange in 2004. The duo began their career as DJs, performing electro-clash music across Switzerland before transitioning into creating their own music. Their first album, Reykjavik (2007), featured three original tracks along with seven remixes. They released their self-titled debut album, Solange La Frange (2010). The band gained significant recognition by performing at major festivals such as Les Vieilles Charrues and Eurockéennes de Belfort, and by opening for notable acts like The Kills and Gossip.
