Fenech-Soler was an English electropop band from King's Cliffe, Northamptonshire, England, active from 2006 to 2017. Formed by brothers Ben and Ross Duffy, the group's lineup grew to include bassist Daniel Fenech-Soler and drummer Andrew Lindsay. The band debuted in 2009 with the EP The Cult of Romance, followed by their self-titled debut studio album Fenech-Soler in September 2010. The album featured the singles "Lies" and "Demons", and the band co-wrote and featured on the Groove Armada song "Paper Romance" (2010). In March 2011, Ben Duffy was diagnosed with cancer, causing the cancellation of their UK tour, but he achieved full remission shortly thereafter. The band returned to perform at summer festivals, donating the proceeds of their April 2011 single "Stop and Stare" to the Teenage Cancer Trust. Fenech-Soler released their second studio album, Rituals, in September 2013, and their third album, Zilla, in February 2017, prior to disbanding later that year.
