Italian producer and artist G1ULIO began his musical journey in 2023 with the release of his first mixtape 'UNKNOWN'. Entirely self-taught, he has since developed a fully independent creative process, writing, producing, mixing, and mastering his own material while continuously exploring new directions within electronic and alternative pop. Following his first project, G1ULIO expanded his artistic identity with the EP 'FALLING LIGHTS', released in August 2024, establishing the foundation of a sound built around atmosphere, emotion, and electronic textures. His music combines synth-pop, synthwave, alternative pop, and modern trap and hip-hop influences, creating a contrast between nostalgic synthesizer-driven elements and contemporary production choices. A defining aspect of G1ULIO’s sound is his use of synthesizers, including ’80s-inspired sounds connected to the records his father played throughout his childhood. Rather than recreating the past, he incorporates those influences into a constantly evolving approach, using them as a starting point for emotionally driven compositions focused on mood and sonic identity. In 2025, G1ULIO released the singles 'Lucky' and 'Smile', followed by his highly anticipated second mixtape 'typo' in May 2026. In June 2026, he released the standalone single 'ENERGY', continuing to develop his personal blend of electronic pop and urban-inspired production.G1ULIO is the founder of 4R71S7 Recordings, his independent record label, through which he manages his artistic vision and creative output. Remaining involved in every stage of the process, he represents a new generation of self-produced artists building their identity through complete creative control, from composition and sound design to final production.
