Lars Fredrik Beckstrøm, born January 22, 1960, in Oslo, Norway, is a Norwegian musician and bassist. He is best known as a member of the rock band deLillos, which he joined at its inception in 1984. For deLillos, Beckstrøm wrote and sang lead vocals on several of their well-known songs, which include "Nittenåttifire" (1991), "Den Feite Mannen", and "Balladen om Kåre og Nelly". He also released solo material under the name Beckstrøm, including his debut solo album Tett i tett (1992), followed by Lykkens kalosjer (1997), Helium (2003), Drøm videre! (2006), and Tiden for tiden (2022). His most successful solo singles include "Svigermor" (1997) and "Skjebne" (2003). Additionally, Beckstrøm is a member of the bands Dog Age, The Humble Servants, and Dei Nye Kapellanane, and he led the Beckstrøm Kvartett, which released the albums Døgenikt (2008) and Gjest i mitt liv (2018).
